- One front facade panel with awning on gas struts (can be partially or fully removed)
- 45 cm fold-down shelf running the full length of the chalet
- Roof and floor cladding made of composite fiber
- Electrical equipment including: an electrical cabinet with circuit breaker and 30 mA protection – Lighting via 36W neon boxes or 25W LED lights – 4 interior 10A sockets placed at each end – Power supply via cables in a junction box
- Maximum electrical power per chalet: 6K
- Rear facade panel with a lockable rear door (with space for a padlock if needed)
